Easy service to use, very helpful ...quick service.

I live in the US and when I placed the order with Blackwells for my book, my thinking was, "this is going to take forever since Blackwells is overseas and not here in the US." Very shortly though after placing my order online, I received an email from Blackwells informing me that my order was already being processed and that my book should be shipped out to me shortly, likely arriving to me in about 10 days. Blackwells is AWESOME in its response time and customer service!! I have placed orders for some products with companies right here in the US and have never heard anything back regarding the status of my orders or when I might receive them so I was very pleased with the timely response and order updates that I have received from Blackwells!! Thank you!!

Waterstones would not let me order this book without error so I gave up, Amazon hiked up the price for postage... Blackwalls is fast and user friendly.

I thought placing the order was easy, but when I tried to create and account to check the status of the order I encountered a loop of rejections. My newly created password was not accepted; the default password was not accepted; I was left wondering if my order had been processed at all?

Straight forward no issue placing my order.

Shopping included to Canada was the deciding factor in buying the book which isn't being sold in Canada, recommend Blackwell.

I've never used Blackwells prior to today, and I can't honestly say that I'll ever purchase from them again. However, here's what I DO know; every major book seller and distributor in the U.S. is refusing to carry this book. I detest censorship of any kind, and I'm grateful that Blackwells hasn't given into pressure from the UK government or the Royal family to blacklist the book.
